Monthly HOA Board Meetings

... are encouraged to attend the monthly HOA board meetings, which are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7pm.   Meeting locations are updated under the Events tab of community website.   Any resident interested in being added to the agenda must submit their request in writing to board@planterswalkhoa.com by 12pm on the Friday prior to any upcoming meeting.  Any requests received after 12pm on Friday cannot be guaranteed that they will be added to the agenda.  Resident(s) on  the agenda will be given 5 minutes to address the board.  ** Between 7-8pm, there may be resident hearings scheduled.  If the board has a resident hearing scheduled, all meeting attendees will be asked to step away for the duration of the hearing.
