Guidelines on the modifications request submission process:
- All exterior modifications MUST go through the approval process and receive approval prior to installation.
- In order to start the process for any/all modifications, please submit your applications to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please make sure that you include all necessary documentation for the modification to be considered.
- For questions regarding the modification process, necessary documents, and allowed styles, please review the Planters Walk Design Guidelines (updated 2017)
- Please include Planters Walk Modification Request in the subject of your email.
