(Rt. 160). The board contact the DOT (Department of Transportation) and we are happy to report the following: 1. Sledge Road / 160 intersection - they will be putting in turn lanes and a signal, by this spring. 2. Sam Neely / 160 intersection - they will be putting in turn lanes (on 160) and a signal, by next summer. This one is costing a little more than they planned, due to the overhead utility move costs, however, he's confident they will get the remaining funding and be able to complete next summer. http://www.planterswalkhoa.com/default.php The HOA Board recently commissioned a Reserve Study for our community. The purpose of a Reserve Study is to give the community a better idea of what major expenses to expect and an educated estimate of when these expenses will occur. These expenses are with respect to common areas covered by HOA dues.
