Thought about attending a monthly meeting?  Interested in being added to the agenda?  All Planters Walk residents are encouraged to attend the monthly HOA board meetings, which are typically held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm.

 

Hearings and closed board portion of the meeting will be held from 7:00-7:30pm, open portion of the board meeting 7:30-9:00pm.

Any resident interested in being added to the agenda must submit their request in writing to admin@hawthornemgmt.com by 12pm on the Friday prior to any upcoming meeting.  Any requests received after 12pm on Friday cannot be guaranteed that they will be added to the agenda.  Resident(s) on  the agenda will be given 5 minutes to address the board.
