Modifications Updated 2023

Guidelines on the modifications request submission process:
  • All exterior modifications MUST go through the approval process and receive approval prior to installation.
  • In order to start the process for any/all modifications, please submit your applications  to admin@hawthornemgmt.com.
  • Please make sure that you include all necessary documentation for the modification to be considered.  
  • For questions regarding the modification process, necessary documents, and allowed styles, please review the Planters Walk Design Guidelines (updated 2023)
  • Please include Planters Walk Modification Request in the subject of your email.
