Caring for City Trees
Posted on Sep 12th, 2013

Once planted, the city doesn’t water or feed them, they looking to the residents to take care of those essentials. Newly planted trees (typically have a green gator bag around them) require extra attention as they are growing and need regular watering. Please help keep our neighborhood looking beautiful and care for the tree in front of your house. For the home-owners in our new Lennar section of the neighborhood, you have a lot of these new trees, please help them grow. If you have an issue with your tree (dead, needs pruned, damaged, etc.), you should contact 311 who will get your request to the City Arborist.
