Meet & Greet New Board Members
Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, 6pm to 7pm at Planters Walk Pool Playground
Join us at the neighborhood pool for a casual evening of connection and conversation.
This is a great opportunity for homeowners to meet your HOA Board members in an informal setting, ask questions, share ideas, and get to know the team serving our community. We’re also inviting local business owners to attend and introduce their services to residents. With spring around the corner, we’re especially highlighting services such as general contracting, painting, home repair, lawn care, and other home improvement specialties — but all businesses are welcome to participate.
Bring business cards or handouts to share. Light refreshments will be provided.

Yard Sale
Saturday, April 25th, 2026, All Day Event
The date for our spring community yard sale has been confirmed for April 25! This date is a bit earlier than previous years to take advantage of spring cleaning. If you plan to participate, please remember that the City of Charlotte requires a yard sale permit. Click here to purchase your permit.
