Modifications

All exterior modifications MUST go through the approval process and receive approval prior to installation.

In order to start the process for any/all modifications, please submit your MODIFICATION APPLICATION to admin@hawthornemgmt.com.

Please make sure that you include all necessary documentation for the modification to be considered.

For questions regarding the modification process, necessary documents, and allowed styles, please review the Planters Walk Design Guidelines (updated 2023).
