Pay My HOA Dues
Planters Walk HOA assessments (DUES) are $450 annually. The billing cycle occurs semiannually, and the assessments are due on February 1 and August 1 of each calendar year. Payments received after the 15th of the month will be assessed a late fee of $20 per month until paid.
You don't have to wait for a billing notice to pay your semi-annual assessment fee of $225 by February 1 and August 1.

Through Hawthorne Management's online portal, homeowners can:
- Pay DUES or set up automatic payments.
- Update your email address to ensure you receive communications from the HOA Board members.
- Update your phone number and billing address.
- Select communication preferences (email, text or phone).
- We would like to send HOA notices via text if a homeowner approves receiving notices via text. You can always opt-out.
- View your account balance.
- Respond to any violation notices.
- View community documents and forms.
