Welcome to the Planters Walk Home Owners Association (HOA) website. Our community is located in southwest Charlotte, North Carolina.

We encourage all residents, homeowners and renters, to register for access to this website. Monthly board meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month. More information about attending the meeting online can be found in the Calendar.

YARD SALE

The date for our spring community yard sale has been confirmed for April 25! This date is a bit earlier than previous years to take advantage of spring cleaning. If you plan to participate, please remember that the City of Charlotte requires a yard sale permit. Click here to purchase your permit.
