Report a Violation

To report a violation relating to the following, please send a message to admin@hawthornemgmt.com
 
  • Home upkeep as required by:
    • General Aesthetics section of the Planters Walk Design Guidelines found on page 18.
    • Article 5.2 & Exhibit C of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR)
  • Obstructing sidewalks. (HOA & City violation) Sec. 14-216(a)9 of Charlotte Parking Ordinance
  • Parking on the front yard. (HOA & City violation) Sec. 14-216(a)25 of Charlotte Parking Ordinance
  • Overnight parking of restricted vehicles in the driveway or streets. Exhibit C, Article 2(a)
    • Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS vehicles are exempt from this rule.
    • A homeowner may request an approval to park a trailer in the driveway for a few specific nights.
    • Parking a restricted vehicle longer than the approved dates is subject to a $20 fine.
  • Overnight street parking of any vehicle. Exhibit C, Article 2(a)
    • Guests are allowed to park on streets overnight while visiting a resident. Exhibit C, Article 2(a)
    • Law Enforcement, Fire and EMS vehicles are exempt from this rule.
For any suspicious activity, such as speeding, noise disturbances, domestic disputes, etc, contact CMPD via 311 (for non-emergent services) or 911 (for emergent services). 
 
Residents are encouraged to report City/County violations to the appropriate authorities.
