Thought about attending a monthly meeting?  Interested in being added to the agenda?  All Planters Walk residents are encouraged to attend the monthly HOA board meetings, which are typically held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm.

 

Monthly board meeting minutes can be found on the Documents section of the website.

 

Sensitive information will be discussed during a closed Board-only meeting from 7:00-7:30 pm. The open portion of the Board meeting will normally start at 7:30 pm. Occasionally the closed portion of the meeting may run past 7:30 pm, so please be patient if you do not gain access to the online meeting exactly at 7:30 pm.

Any resident interested in being added to the agenda should submit their request in writing to admin@hawthornemgmt.com no later than the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting. Resident(s) on the agenda will be given 5 minutes to address the board.
