We have noticed an increase in solicitors lately. They are bothersome and a security concern. Once Planters Walk was annexed into the City of Charlotte, City laws allow solicitors in the neighborhood, however they MUST have a solicitor permit. 

Traffic violations continue to be an issue...

Spectrum Cable and AT&T have numerous upright cable green boxes in the front lawns throughout our community.  It is their responsibility to maintain these boxes. 

The trees planted in the easements (between the sidewalk and the street) are the property of the City, however they fall under the care of the resident whose property they are on...
